and maybe we can do like..around christmas..like..a santa store or something. Get a bunch of items from different companies as a donation and sell them for cheap. - because we would have any expenses. It's instant profit.

Okay, So I read the website and the bear itself is $2.50 like you said.
but for us to make a profit we charge $5.00. Then we keep $2.50 and give $2.50 to the charity. HOWEVER, we have to sell at least 72 or we can't place the order at all. But, the cataloges are free. Maybe we can order cataloges from a bunch of the different charities that they offer plushes for. :]

But how many would we buy? Would we be making a profit? Or are they just in a cataloge? You should call the company and make sure that there aren't any hidden fee's. (: Or give me the number and I'll do it.

well there are alot of holiday plushies and Im betting some people will love them, and I wanted to do this one for the cancer thing because of my late aunt and they are $2.50 each, a portion of THAT $2.50 goes to the charity, then we make money off of the plushies

Why are we only fundraising to support the fight for cancer? It's a good idea for a few weeks, but after a while it will get old. So I disagree with it being "most" of our fundraising. IDK if that's what you mean't..maybe I'm taking it wrong.

I spoke with the representative from Make-A-Wish and they are eager to get started with us. Soo..yeah. We should do a number of different charities, but we need to do some events purely for us. Because when we do it with the name certain charities like all of the funds made, and some require half of the total funds made. So if we only raise $100, we only made $50. or in some cases none for all of our hard work. Maybe we can all volunteer for habitat for humanity though as a group thing if you wanna do something like that. IDK..get back to me on the charities thingg..cause I know a lot about it. So..just let me know what charities your wanting to do fundraising for and i'll give you the information and set a meeting with the rep. from them so we can get all of our questions answered.
